Rabindra Puri Foundation for Conservation was established a decade ago with one of the major goals of enhancement & conservation of community schools. With a target to work on community schools in all 77 districts of Nepal, the foundation has already started renovating community schools in various districts such as Kavrepalanchwok, Ramechhap, Bhaktapur, Gorkha & Nawalparasi – all in traditional Nepali style, structure & architecture. This was made possible by the support of German organizations Schulen fuer Nepal e.V. & Schülerhilfe für Nepal e.V., ran by Germans who love Nepal unconditionally. The details of the community schools supported by our foundation are as follows:
Along with the construction/renovation of buildings, the foundation also provides teachers, teachers training, education aid, lab equipment, library supports, computers, solar power system, scholarships and other materials needed for quality education with the support of Rotary Clubs and other organisations.
