Nepal Vocational Academy is a profit-not distributing company affiliated with CTEVT which offers vocational skill-based employment opportunities to the youths of Nepal. One of its primary missions is to produce skilled human resources for building houses using traditional building materials, architecture and techniques. As the demand rises for traditional houses equipped with modern facilities, the demand for such skilled workers too has risen. This demand has become acute after the great earthquake of 2015. Considering this scenario as both a problem and an opportunity, Nepal Vocational Academy has been established for two reasons: to address the need for skilled human resources for traditional house building, and at the same time to help mitigate the dreadful condition of youth unemployment in Nepal.
